so there are quotes for each standard, however there is no charge
to your department or college for eligible PC Replacements.

*IT Customer Support Services may install UTEP's standard software for computers that are shipped without a UTEP image.

*You may contact your Technology Implementation Manager for any other related questions.

*To see the quote for each system, you will be asked to enter your UTEP login name and password.

Surplus of Replaced Computers

During the time the PC Replacement program was suspended, surplussing of the systems was also suspended. Now that the PC Replacement program has been reinstated all replaced computers must be sent to surplus. This includes computers replaced during any previous year.

All systems replaced should be submitted to Surplus by January 31 2010. Requests for 2009-2010 from departments who have not completed their surplus for 2007-2008 year's replacements may have new requests withheld until computers submitted for replacement are received by the Surplus department.
