FY 2017 Purchase Requisition Deadlines

The following deadlines apply to all funding sources. Requisitions received after the specified deadline will be returned to the creator to process the request as a FY 2018 purchase order. Deadline dates listed below are the dates for which the documents must reach Miner Mall final approval by the budgetary owner:

July 28, 2017 Open Market (1 quote) Less than $1,000 - $14,999.99
August 18, 2017 Catalog Orders Any Amount
August 18, 2017 Department Issued PO's Less than $1,000

Miner Mall is an innovative web based e-procurement system designed to provide an efficient and effective electronic ordering tool. Miner Mall provides a one stop shop system for ordering goods and services and there are several training classes available to learn all about it.
