The purpose of this policy is to set out the University’s policy concerning accommodations for individuals with disabilities, and to provide for the prompt and equitable resolution of complaints alleging the violations of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, including complaints regarding a denial of requested accommodations and auxiliary aids or services, and programs that are perceived to be inaccessible.
