Roadrunner Customers and UTEP Websites
Students, Faculty, or Staff using Roadrunner as their internet service provider at home, may intermittently experience problems accessing our UTEP websites. We have a solution for you.
- Install Virtual Private Networking (VPN). By setting up Virtual Private Networking you will have access to our UTEP websites without any issues.
- Use the instructions on these pages to set up and configure VPN on your computer
- We strongly recommend you place a call to Roadrunner and have a service ticket logged for this issue.
