Longevity Pay    

LONGEVITY PAY:  A career incentive program provides for longevity pay to full-time non-academic employees at the end of the second year of service and increases at the end of each second year thereafter.  Eligible employees must be classified as full time the first workday of the month, not on a leave of absence (without pay) on the first day of the month, and have accrued at least two (2) years of lifetime service credit no later than the last day of the preceding month.
