Special Events Parking Request - Log in to Submit
Please let us know if you are planning an event on campus that will require parking. We can assist you by placing your event information on our calendar, setting up parking for your visitors before the event, and helping them find their way around campus once they arrive. Requests for street closures will be reviewed for any public safety concerns and recommendations.
Please submit your request at least two (2) weeks before the event so that we can fill your request.
You will receive a confirmation email after submitting this form. Thank you for helping us provide better services for your guests.
If you cannot login for any reason, please fill out this form and email it to parking@utep.edu or bring it into our office.
If you have not received an email regarding the status of your request within two (2) days please email us at parking@utep.edu.
