What to expect?

Email messages sent to UTEP will either be dropped as obvious spam, quarantined as suspected spam, or delivered to your UTEP email account.

If any messages were quarantined as suspected spam, you will receive an email message from the IronPort system notifying you of new messages that have been quarantined.

  • click on "Not Spam" next to a message to alert the IronPort that the message is not spam and should be delivered to your inbox
  • click on "your email quarantine" or "View All Quarantined Messages" to access your email quarantine in a web browser.
