Our Employee Relations area has been established to provide information and guidance to University staff and faculty as they seek assistance in working through situations affecting their work environment.   We provide direction in the interpretation of University administrative procedures to both employees and University departments. Additionally, we work together with other available employee services to provide a prompt and fair solution to all affected parties.
