Why is it more expensive for Alltel customers to get a Treo license?
Treo partner providers incorporate the Secure Transport Service (STS)
cost into their plans. Alltel is not a Treo partner so the $216 annual
STS charge is paid directly to Treo. In some cases it's less expensive
for customers of other partners to pay Treo directly because the cost
providers pass on to their customers for STS.
Does IT provide handheld devices?
No, customers are responsible for purchasing the device and service plan.
Will IT provide the license?
IT can provide the license and charge customers for it or customers can purchase the license.
What should I do if I lose my device?
Contact IT Customer Support Service as soon as possible and we will
remotely kill the device so you're email will not be exposed.
