Chihuahuan Desert Natural History Course*- A course introducing the natural history of the Chihuahuan Desert, designed as either a self-learning course or the basic outline for a formally-taught course.

FloraFEST and SunSCAPE - FloraFEST and SunSCAPE are annual events promoting the region's native plants. FloraFEST is an annual native plant sale which takes place every year on the last weekend in April. SunSCAPE is a multi-day semminar about using native plants in landscaping. This event occurs during the first quarter of each year. Email for upcoming information or check the Museum's Calendar of Events for entries during the March / April / May time period.

El Paso Native Plant Society *- An organization whose purpose is native plant identification, ecology, and uses; encourage preservation of natural habitats; support botanical research; and promote use of native plants for conservation of water, land, and wildlife.
