Who Should Attend:

Everyone who requires access to BIS through an icon on their desktop computer.

Description:

Users will get an overview of BIS (Business Information System) and will be introduced to DEFINE (Departmental Financial Network) which is one of many applications within BIS used to carry out university financial and administrative functions. User will practice hands on how to log in and out of BIS, change passwords, navigate through the system, use the online help available in BIS. In addition, users will practice using the following commands: GT1, GB1,GB2, YB2, YI3, YI6 and YI8.
