Revised Conflicts of Interest, Conflicts of Commitment and Outside Activities Policy
Executive Officers and employees involved in procurement activities who are authorized to make purchases of $15,000 or more, are required to disclose their outside activities and interests electronically.
Executive Officers, Employees involved in procurement activities, and employees involved in contract management with nothing to disclose must affirmatively indicate that fact in the Outside Activity Portal.
Outside activities include all outside employment or compensated activity, any outside activity regardless of compensation, outside board service, substantial interest in a business entity, or gifts as defined per the policy.
Disclosures must be made using the Outside Activity Portal and completed and submitted for activity that took place in the 2016 calendar year.
The due date to complete and submit disclosures for calendar year 2016 is Friday March 17, 2017.
