Our primary mission is to provide cost-free technical support for personally owned computers belonging to active university students, staff and faculty members.  Our technical support staff is dedicated to providing quality service in a professional and timely manner.

Free services for personally owned computers:

Install or Upgrade to the latest Operating System
Bring in your personal computer and we will upgrade you to the latest operating system on either Windows or Mac.

  Assistance with Virus and Malware Removal
We will run your personal computer through a virus and malware scan and advise you on the best methods for eliminating threats. 

  Software Installations
Bought new software and need assistance installing it? We can help!
  Advice on System Restores and File Backups
We offer advise you on how to do a proper system restore and show you your options when it comes to backing up your files.
    Installation of Hard Drives and Memory Cards
We will also install any new hardware you may have purchased for your personal computer, such as a new hard drive or RAM memory card.
