|Students, faculty, and staff can access most software offered in UTEP student computer labs from their personal computing devices. Students can use a laptop, tablet, or smartphone with an internet connection, and use software on demand. |

Students registered for courses in the Colleges of Engineering and Business Administration will see additional software related to their specific coursework when logging into to MyApps.
|You must first download and install the Citrix Receiver. |
Computers and laptops will be prompted at my.apps.utep.edu. Mobile devices can download the Citrix receiver from the Google Play or Apple Store.
To access my.apps on a Windows or Apple computer:
Go to my.apps.utep.edu. When prompted to install a plug-in, read and agree to the Citrix License. Run the installer, and click to allow the installation. When the installation is complete, log in with your UTEP username and password.
To access my.apps on a mobile device:
Download and open the Citrix app. Select to 'set up my enterprise apps'. In the address field enter 'my.apps.utep.edu'. If using an Android device, type 'miners' in the domain field. Then log in with your UTEP username and password.
|Faculty, if you anticipate a class of 40 or more students using a specific program during class time, please contact the Technology Support Help Desk so that sufficient access can be made available for your students. |
