Database Administration is available to faculty, staff, and academic and business departments. Enterprise Computing provides access to campus and system-wide data sources, as well as service and support for Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases.

• Upgrades software managing the data
• Maintenance of server where database resides
• Trouble shooting of server, software, or data issues
To request a consultation regarding administration of an existing database or creation of a new database, enter a request at helpdesk.utep.edu.
Once a consultation has been conducted, the Database Administration team will be able to provide a cost assessment.
