How do I log in to PeopleSoft?

Answer:

Users will log into PeopleSoft through peoplesoft.utep.edu using their UTEP username and password (outlook/webmail username).

How do I initiate HR and Finance transactions?

Answer:
Most common transactions are initiated through either a paper or electronic process in order to collect approvals for those transactions.

What are security roles?

Answer:
Security roles are roles assigned to the user that determine the level of access they have to the PeopleSoft system. These roles dictate which PeopleSoft screens the user has access to view/update. Security roles will be assigned according to job duties.

How do I get access to PeopleSoft to perform my job duties?

Answer:
Access can be requested electronically. The request form will reside on the PeopleSoft Resources page.

What if I need help?
