General Accounting

This office provides a variety of services. These service include:

Unclaimed Property Management

This office is responsible for tracking payments issued on state warrants or University checks which are not cashed within three years. These funds are then transferred to the State for resolution.

Taxable Payments

Preparation of 1099's for non-employee services over $600.00.
Preparation and distribution of 1042-S for scholarship and fellowship payments to non-resident aliens.

Other Accounting Services

Issuance of gas credit cards
Distribution of Statements of Account
Consultation regarding sales tax issuances
Stewardship of vehicle titles
General account inquiries
