Facilities Services supports all types of events on campus only. Event support consists of the following services:
Facilities Services does not charge for the rental of the actual equipment if the equipment is available in our inventory; we do, however, charge for labor. Rates will vary based on the specific shop providing each service. Any equipment not available in the Facilities Services Inventory will be rented via third-party suppliers and billed directly to the department organizing the event. Facilities Services does not mark up any items purchased for the university.
Note: There is limited equipment, so plan early to ensure equipment is available and that the work can be completed within the required timeline. You can submit a service request for your event through our Service Desk
