If a standard computer will not meet your requirements, you may request a non-standard computer from within MinerMall. Get a quote from the vendor, then in MinerMall, select Non-Standard Computer Requisition. Complete the form and submit it for approval. Be sure to enter the Quote number in the item Description and attach it to the requisition.
For hands-on help purchasing a new computer, contact your Technology Implementation Manager or your Purchasing agent.
To request assistance moving files from an old computer to a new one, visit helpdesk.utep.edu and enter a service request.
