Q: What is the maximum file size I can upload for a single file?
A: Upload individual files up to 10GB

Q: What happens if I accidentally delete a file? Can it be recovered?
A: If you delete a file stored in OneDrive, it will be in your OneDrive recycle bin for 30 days. After that, it will be permanently gone and there is no back-up.

Q: What happens if I leave UTEP?
A: Access to your OneDrive for Business will be removed one year after you leave the University. To avoid losing your files, be sure to move your files to your personal PC or another storage solution.

Q: Are there any characters I should avoid in file or folder names?
