Request received Thursday, Friday and Monday (prior to 1:00 p.m.) will be processed and delivered on Monday’s between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m.
Contact Records Management via email once the documents or boxes are no longer needed. Pick up times are referenced in the retrieval schedule. Documents should not be returned though the campus mail system.
Emergency request represent an “audit or legal” issue. These requests must contain the approval of the department head or supervisor. Approved request will be delivered the same day.
