Refund Policy for Withdrawal or Dropped Courses
- Refund policies are established by, and are subject to change by, the Legislature of the State of Texas and are applicable to withdrawals and dropped courses.
- Refunds of tuition, general fees, and student services fees will be made under the following conditions.
Students withdrawing during the fall or spring semesters, or a summer term of 10 weeks or longer will be refunded applicable tuition and fees as follows:
Dropped Courses – provided the student remains enrolled for the semester or term.
- Refunds of applicable tuition and fees will be made for course(s) from which students drop within the first twelve (12) class days of a long semester or an appropriately shorter period for a summer session term.
- Refund of tuition for dropped courses will be made only if the original payment exceeds the established minimum amount.
